Senior AI Engineer

Engineering

Full-time 🌍 Remote

Build and ship RAG pipelines, conversational AI products, and autonomous agents. You are comfortable taking a brief, choosing the right architecture, and deploying to production with minimal hand-holding.

  • 3+ years shipping LLM-based systems to production
  • Strong Python, FastAPI, and vector database experience
  • Comfortable with cloud deployments (AWS / GCP / Azure)

Senior Data Engineer

Data Infrastructure

Full-time 🌍 Remote

Design and own the data pipelines that feed production AI systems. You understand data quality, transformation, and the integration work that separates a demo from a trusted live product.

  • 5+ years in production data engineering
  • dbt, Airflow, Spark, or equivalent in production
  • Experience wiring data systems into third-party tools (CRMs, ERPs, etc.)

Solutions Architect

Product & Architecture

Full-time 🌍 Remote

Translate client requirements into technical blueprints the engineering team can build from. You are the bridge between business problems and production solutions — technical enough to call the right architecture, commercial enough to speak to stakeholders.

  • Experience designing AI or data-heavy system architectures
  • Comfortable in discovery workshops with non-technical clients
  • Background in software engineering or data engineering

AI Research Engineer

Research

Full-time 🌍 Remote

Keep the team at the frontier. You test new models, evaluate emerging frameworks, and surface what is ready to use in production vs. what is still hype. You translate research into practical guidance the engineering team can act on.

  • Deep knowledge of foundation model developments and evaluations
  • Experience with fine-tuning, RLHF, or multi-agent frameworks
  • Ability to write clear technical summaries of complex research
