I started Iontek after years of building data and AI systems in production and watching talented businesses lose time, money, and momentum to problems the right technology could quietly solve. Most had tried the popular AI tools and walked away frustrated — because generic software was never built for how they actually work.
My approach is simple: understand the business before touching the code, plan before building, and stay accountable long after launch. I work directly with every client through every phase. The senior engineer in the first meeting is the same person deploying on launch day.
Senior leadership
Three senior leaders who sit between the founder and the engineering team — each owning a critical pillar of how Iontek operates and delivers.
Leads model selection, evaluation strategy, and AI system architecture across every Iontek build. Five years in applied research before dedicating his career entirely to shipping production AI. Works directly with clients on the technical vision from blueprint through to deployment.
Owns engineering standards, code quality, and delivery across all active builds. A decade of backend and distributed systems experience before moving into AI engineering full time. Ensures every system that ships from Iontek is production-grade, tested, and maintainable.
Manages client relationships, project timelines, and the quality of every handover. Ensures clients always know what is happening, why, and what comes next. Previously led delivery operations at two fast-scaling technology companies before joining Iontek.
The crew

Builds the RAG pipelines, vector search layers, and conversational interfaces at the core of Iontek’s AI products. Previously at a top-10 technology company.
Owns the data infrastructure and integration layer that connects AI systems to real business tools. Eight years shipping production-grade data pipelines.
Turns AI outputs into business numbers clients can trust and present to their board. Expert in ROI modelling for AI systems and communicating value to non-technical stakeholders.
Specialises in model fine-tuning, RLHF, and evaluation frameworks. Ensures every deployed model performs against real-world test cases before it ever goes live.
Translates business requirements into technical blueprints the team can build from. The bridge between what a client needs and what the engineers actually ship.

UK, Pakistan, and distributed globally. We work async by default and synchronously when it matters. Timezone spread means someone is always close to the work.
